The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Okaygame cannot take responsibility for the product/service not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or your mobile data pack has expired.

If you use the product/service outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data during the connection while accessing the product/service. In using the product/service, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the product/service, ensure you have received permission from the bill payer.

Game Rules

OkayGame offers multiple game contests for participation throughout the day.

Rules for Logged-In Users

- We have a set of contests running live under all the games.

- Each contest has an end time, and you can join any contest before its end time.

- Contests can have free or coin-based entry. Coins will be deducted from your wallet for coin-based entries.

- After joining, you can play the game multiple times to increase your score. The highest score will be considered the final score.

- Winners are decided based on scores and announced after the contest ends.

- Prizes in the form of coins are distributed according to the rank-prize matrix.

- You can check your performance in the last 10 completed contests in the "LeaderBoard" tab.

Rules for Guest Users

- Guest users can join and play any live contest, regardless of entry type.

- Guest users are not eligible to win prizes until they sign up.

Additional Information

- No game contests offer prize money. All contests only have coins as rewards.

- Coins are free and cannot be converted into money. They are for contest participation only.

- Prizes in the form of coins are given only to winners.

- Participation in game contests is free, and there are no in-product purchases.

Coins Prize Distribution

- Winners will receive prizes in the form of OkayGame games coins.

- Coins are virtual currency used only for game contest participation and are maintained in the coins wallet.

- Coins cannot be converted into cash.

User Conduct

If any fraudulent activities are detected, the company reserves the right to terminate your access to the product without notice. In no event shall the Company or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of your use of this website.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts arising from: (i) your use of and access to the website/services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the website/services has caused damage to a third party.
